Privacy Policy — Workout Tracker

This Privacy Policy describes how the Workout Tracker app ("we", "the app") collects, uses, and protects user information ("you").
1. What data we collect
Account data (Google Sign-In): when you sign in with your Google account, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google/Firebase Authentication. We use this only to identify your account within the app and link your subscription, if you subscribe to the Premium plan.
Workout data: the exercises, sets, reps, weights, and dates you log are stored locally on your device (not sent to any server in this version of the app). If you uninstall the app or use the "Delete all data" button, this information is permanently removed.
Subscription data: if you subscribe to the Premium plan, payment processing is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your card or payment account details — only your subscription status (active/inactive) and an anonymous subscriber identifier.
Preferences: your chosen language, card density, and visual style are saved locally on the device.
2. How we use data
- Authenticate your account and keep you signed in
- Unlock or restrict features based on your subscription status (free/Premium)
- Display the app in your preferred language
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Who we share data with
- Google/Firebase Authentication — processes Google Sign-In
- RevenueCat and Google Play Billing — process subscriptions and payments
These services have their own privacy policies.
4. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- Delete all your workout data directly in the app (Settings → "Delete all data")
- Sign out of your account (Settings → "Sign out")
- Request full deletion of your account data by contacting us at gobbo424@gmail.com
5. Children
Workout Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
